This program operate BCDP for this organized people. To birth control identify the problems of more child in a family and motivated to limit this family size, ensure save delivery and reduce child and maternal dead rates. BCDP supplied facilities for the poor families and well fare of Orphans and disadvantages children. Health care and family planning prevented on of diseases including AIDS/HIV/STD, stopping off drug addiction and rehabilitation of the disabled and people.

Since 2000 BCDP has been conducting programs on educational medical treatment, employment opportunities and support equipment / tools for comport and rehabilitation of various categories of disabled people. Up to 2012 June, the member of disabled person served was 20.

Chapainawabgonj is famous for handicraft. Some handicraft such as ‘Nakshi Khanta’ Bed cover, Sofa cover etc. made by poor & helpless women. BCDP organized those poor people and health them to get better priced in market to develop their economical stat0us. About 90 women were trained on different handicrafts for their self-employment.
